The Andro Corp Industries AR-15 TiN Nitride Bolt Carrier Group features a gold-polished Titanium Nitride hard coat for reduced friction and extended lubrication retention. The bolt is precision machined from 9310 alloy, carburized, case-hardened, and shot-peened with a PVD coating. The carrier is made from 8620 alloy with a full-auto profile, heat-treated, and ultrasonically cleaned with a hard chrome bore. The extractor is machined from 4140 tool steel alloy with a PVD coating, and the ejector is constructed from S7 shock-resistant tool steel. The gas key, secured with Permatex aviation gasket sealer and pneumatically staked, is machined from 4130 chromoly steel with a hard chrome interior. All components meet rigorous MIL-STD and ASTM standards. Made in the USA.
