The Aero Precision EPC-9-T Barreled AR9 Upper Receiver combines an EPC-9-T receiver, machined from custom forged 7075-T6 aluminum with a last-round bolt hold-open mechanism and the standard AR-15 takedown and pivot pin lug pattern with a 16-inch 9mm QPQ-coated 4150 chrome moly vanadium barrel and a 15-inch ATLAS R-ONE handguard, ready for a bolt carrier group and charging handle.

The ATLAS R-ONE handguard uses two mirrored, tapered locking nuts for evenly distributed clamping pressure and adds a full-length top Picatinny rail with an octagonal M-LOK profile. The pistol-length gas system keeps the package compact.

The barrel is machined for 9mm pistol caliber carbines with a 1:10 twist and a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle. This assembled upper saves you the work of fitting a barrel, gas system, and handguard, so you only need to add a bolt carrier group, a charging handle, and a muzzle device if one is not included.
