Aero Precision Ultralight Scope Mounts are tough, reliable, and are a great complement to any high-end optic. Designed for AR style upper receivers with MIL-SPEC Picatinny rails, these scope mounts free you from unnecessary bulk, offering one of the lightest mounting solutions in the industry. Features a cross-slot keyway which ensures excellent recoil protection. These mounts are crafted from extruded 6061-T6 aluminum then Type III hardcoat anodized black.

Very nice, but...

If you're trying to keep weight down this mount is just the thing. Less than 3 oz.! It locks up tight. I just wish they would offer a lower height version as well. At 1.5" over an AR rail it seems a little high to me.As always Primary Arms offers some of the fastest shipping in the industry. I'm overall pleased with this purchase.

Great mount for lightweight AR builds.

I wanted an appropriate scope mount for a lightweight AR15 build that included a Burris Fullfield II on an ATI Mil-Sport upper, and this Aero mount fit the bill perfectly. It's a well thought-out design that indeed cuts down on the weight and profile, without sacrificing anything in the process.

Wonderful mount, works with most optics

I have used several Aero Precision ultralight mounts and they are exceptional to setup and use. One thing worth noting is it may be worth measuring your scope's mountable tube length before ordering to ensure compatibility. This mount works for many of my 1" tube scopes, but it does not work with the Primary Arms 6X .22LR ACSS scope as the mountable area on that scope does not have enough length. This is the lightest mount I could find and it is built extremely well.

Excellent mount if it fits your scope tube. Buy with confidence.
