The ADM4 is a billet 7075-T6 AR-15 pattern lower receiver finished in Type III Teflon-impregnated hardcoat anodize and shipped complete with American Defense's proprietary ambidextrous magazine release, ambidextrous bolt catch and release, dimpled takedown and pivot pins, and an installed mil-spec magazine release assembly — every control in place and ready for immediate build.

The ADM4 shares its core feature set with American Defense's flagship UIC lower receiver, bringing that platform's billet-only capabilities to a slick-sided magwell configuration. Billet machining from 7075-T6 allows American Defense to cut geometry that forging cannot produce: a 20-degree competition-style beveled magwell is integrated directly into the lower's profile, providing the angled funnel that accelerates magazine insertion and reduces fumbled reloads under stress — built into the design rather than added via an aftermarket magwell device, maintaining a slim overall profile. The integral upper-to-lower tension adjustment screw eliminates receiver wobble from tolerance variation between upper and lower combinations, allowing the end user to dial in a precise, rattle-free fit without shims, tape, or secondary hardware. The enlarged trigger guard accommodates gloved hands without modification.
