The Andro Corp. AR-15 bolt carrier group matches precision machining and slick nitride finish to provide a highly reliable drop-in upgrade for your AR-15. The carrier features a full auto profile precision machined from 8620 alloy steel, properly heat treated for extra durability with a properly staked 4130 ChromMoly gas key. The bolt assembly matches a hardened 4140 tool steel extractor to a 9310 steel case hardened and shot peened bolt head. The Carrier, bolt, extractor, and cam pin have all been treated with a slick and easy to clean salt bath nitride finish to reduce friction in the receiver. Each BCG has been high pressure tested and magnetic particle inspected to ensure a long service life without defects.
