The Apex Tactical Action Enhancement Trigger Kit is an aftermarket trigger upgrade for Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 handguns, designed to improve trigger consistency, reduce travel, and deliver reliable performance for duty and carry applications.

The aluminum pivoting trigger features a center-mounted safety lever that ensures activation with every trigger pull regardless of finger placement — addressing the common inconsistency of the factory lower-half safety design. Pre-travel and over-travel are reduced by approximately 30%, resulting in a faster, more repeatable pull. Trigger pull weight runs 5 to 5.5 lbs, optimized for duty and carry use. No gunsmithing is required for installation.

Compatible with the Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 in 9mm, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP, as well as the M&P M2.0 Compact and M&P (v1.0) 45. Not compatible with the M&P Shield or standard M&P 9mm/.40 S&W (v1.0) models, and will not function with the Apex Forward Set Sear and Trigger Kits.

Machined from aluminum rather than polymer, the trigger pairs with a 2-dot fully machined sear, heavy duty 1/8" sear spring, duty carry trigger return spring, slave pin, and the Ultimate Striker Block Kit — all included in the box.
