Armaspec Stealth AR-15 Recoil Spring - 9mm - GEN 4

Armaspec Stealth 9mm 6.4 oz Recoil Spring for AR-15 rifles fits into the buffer tube to replace the existing buffer and spring. This drop-in replacement allows smoother cycling and reduces felt recoil and noise. The Stealth Recoil Spring can be installed with or without a buffer retainer and is compatible with carbine-length buffer tubes on AR-15-style rifles. This recoil spring keeps constant tension on your bolt carrier group for smooth cycling and makes no contact with the walls of the rifle's tube. The 4th generation model offers significant improvements like removing the o-ring from the weight, changing the screw to a roll pin, and a machined cap that replaces the snap ring with a washer to eliminate potential failure points.

Works with most bolt carriers, will not work with bolt carriers with rear openings under .60″.

Note: The extra weight on the back of the bolt carrier needs to be removed for proper functioning of the SRS-9 in your 9mm pistol or rifle.
