Barnes Suppressor Series .308 Win 205gr is a subsonic rifle cartridge loaded with a Sierra GameKing expanding jacketed lead-core bullet, designed for suppressed .308 Winchester-chambered rifles requiring reliable cycling, clean suppressor operation, and expanding terminal performance at subsonic velocities.

Four features define this load's suppressed .308 advantage. Clean-burning propellants are specifically formulated to minimize gas blowback and residue accumulation under suppressor back-pressure, keeping the action and baffle stack cleaner over extended suppressed shooting sessions than standard propellants. The subsonic velocity profile maximizes suppressor effectiveness, eliminating the supersonic crack component that no suppressor can address regardless of how effective the can is at suppressing the muzzle blast.
