The Bear Creek Arsenal BC-15 Complete AR-15 Upper Receiver in .300 Blackout at 10.5" ships with a BCG and charging handle installed, built around a heavy 4150 CMV parkerized barrel that adds velocity and thermal mass over the 7.5" variant while staying compact enough for SBR and pistol builds.
