The Bear Creek Arsenal BC-15 Complete AR-15 Upper Receiver in .300 Blackout ships with a BCG and charging handle already installed, built around a 7.5" 4150 CMV barrel on a pistol-length gas system tuned for reliable cycling with both supersonic and subsonic loads.
