The Bear Creek Arsenal BC-15 Complete AR-15 Upper Receiver in 5.56 NATO is a fully assembled, plug-and-play mid-length build, pairing a 16" parkerized M4-contour barrel with a 15" Talon M-LOK split rail and BCG and charging handle already installed.
