The BCM GUNFIGHTER MK2 AR-15 charging handle is a lightweight, durable ambidextrous upgrade designed for mil-spec AR-15 direct impingement platforms, built to address the access and gas management limitations of the standard charging handle design. Built for mil-spec AR-15 systems, this AR-15 charging handle combines a large extending latch, snag-free profile, and a multi-channel gas venting system in one drop-in upgrade.
The BCM GUNFIGHTER MK2 is an ambidextrous AR-15 charging handle machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with MIL-SPEC grade forgings and a hardcoat anodized finish, featuring a large latch that extends past the handle body, a snag-free profile, and upper, lower, and side exhaust channels for gas diversion.
The large latch extends clearly past the main body of the charging handle, making it easy to grip and manipulate from either side of the rifle — a meaningful improvement over the compact single-side latch of a mil-spec handle. The snag-free profile and contours reduce the chance of the latch catching on gear, barriers, or equipment during dynamic use. Upper, lower, and side exhaust channels are optimized for the BCM MK2 upper receiver but provide improved gas diversion on all mil-spec upper receivers, directing gas away from the shooter's face during operation. The MK2 geometry eliminates load on the pivot pin and keeps charging energy close to the centerline of the carbine or rifle, providing an uninterrupted engagement surface with no pinch points to reduce the chance of a malfunction during time-critical manipulation.
Compatible with mil-spec AR-15 direct impingement weapon systems. Gas channel geometry optimized for BCM MK2 upper receivers; compatible with all mil-spec upper receivers. Made in the USA.

This is a very nice upgrade to my saint edge factory charging handle . I have the outher bcm ambi 3x3 large on my actual complete bcm rifle . I think both of them are absolutely awesome. If one are the outher is on sale pick them up . You won’t be disappointed!

I was a little worried on how big the large latch would be, as far as getting in the way or snagging on clothing while being slung. So far so good, it’s about the size I figured it would be, and the large latches on either side make it a lot easier to rack the bolt if you have optics on the top rail closer to the rear. Also having it be ambidextrous makes it easier for racking the bolt when one hand is inoperable.
