The Bravo Company Manufacturing KMR ALPHA Handguard is a free float KeyMod rail machined entirely from aluminum, built around BCM's proprietary mounting and locking system that resists rail movement as the barrel nut heats up during firing. KeyMod slots on seven sides plus a continuous Picatinny top rail give builders extensive room for lights, grips, and other accessories.

Bravo Company specifically notes that nylon and polymer Picatinny rail sections are for non-load-bearing accessories only; for anything load-bearing, use aluminum rail sections, and don't exceed 20 in-lbs when torquing KeyMod fasteners on polymer accessories (30 in-lbs on aluminum sections). At 15 inches, this length suits standard rifle-length gas systems, leaving extra KeyMod real estate for larger accessory setups.

Bravo are sized perfectly, no timing needed & have taken a beating, hunting rabbits from back of truck in middle of night & have contacted the earth More than once. Like new other than little dirt. Works for me!
Just a hard to beat expensive handguard

I have some cheap handguard that function just as well as the BCM but you just can’t beat the quality and feel of this Alpha handguard!
