The Breek Arms Warhammer Mod2 AR-15 charging handle is a simple, affordable ambi upgrade with a suppressor-ready Mod2 gas management design that addresses the core limitations of mil-spec charging handles. Built for all mil-spec AR-15 and M16 platforms, this AR-15 charging handle delivers oversized ambidextrous latches, set-back geometry, and Mod2 gas protection in one direct drop-in upgrade.
The Breek Arms Warhammer Mod2 is an ambidextrous AR-15 charging handle machined entirely from 7075-T6 aluminum with Type III hard-coat anodize, featuring oversize ambi latches at 2.78-inch total width, set-back latch design, higher rear shelf, and relief cuts for reduced gas blowback.
Oversized ambidextrous latches at 2.78 inches total width give confident one-handed grip for fast manipulation from either side of the rifle, with or without gloves. Set-back latches are positioned to clear large optics that would foul with standard forward-positioned latch profiles. The Mod2 gas management design adds relief cuts on the top and bottom of the stem to direct excess gas out the sides and away from the shooter's face, combined with a higher rear shelf that provides greater coverage of the upper receiver's rear opening — both improvements that matter most on suppressed rifles where back-pressure significantly increases gas blowback. Full 7075-T6 construction on both body and latches provides the structural integrity to handle the loads of aggressive one-handed charging.
Compatible with all mil-spec AR-15 and M16 platforms. No gunsmithing required. Total latch width: 2.78 inches.
7075-T6 aluminum body and latches. Type III hard-coat anodize. Under 1 oz. Made in America.
Well suited for AR-15 builds running large optics, suppressed configurations, and any mil-spec platform where an affordable ambidextrous upgrade with suppressor-ready gas management is the priority.
