The B&T USW-P is a striker-fired semi-automatic 9mm pistol with a 4.3-inch threaded barrel in 13.5x1 LH metric thread pitch, an optic-ready RMR cut slide, and suppressor-height iron sights. It ships with one 17-round and one 19-round magazine. Weight is 32 ounces.

The threaded 13.5x1 LH barrel provides a direct suppressor mounting interface for compatible suppressors. The optic cut slide accepts any Trijicon RMR footprint optic. Suppressor-height iron sights are standard, with the rear drift-adjustable, providing co-witness capability when an optic is mounted. The 1913 rail accepts weapon lights and laser aiming devices.
