Buying On Our Website

What's the best way to place an order on your website?

All orders must be placed online. For your security, our Customer Service team is unable to collect payment over the phone.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

We recommend creating a Customer Account or logging into your existing account before placing an order. This allows you to easily track your order history, manage returns, and speed up future checkouts.

How to Plan an Order:

Browse and Add to Cart

  • View the details of the item you're interested in to ensure it fits your needs.
Note: Some items may include optional accessories. If you'd like to purchase any, be sure to select them before adding the item to your cart.

Click the "Add to Cart" button. A pop-up will appear with all items in your cart. You can either continue shopping or proceed to View Cart & Checkout.

Order Summary Page

On this page, you can:

  • Quickly add additional items using the Quick Add feature.
  • Remove items using the edit (arrow) icon next to each product.
  • Enter a promo code if there's a valid offer available

Checkout – Address Confirmation

  • Enter or confirm your shipping and billing addresses.
  • If your billing address is different from your shipping address, be sure to uncheck the "Same as shipping address" box to enter the correct billing information.
  • You can also apply a promotional code on this page if you have one.

Shipping Selection

Select your preferred shipping carrier. We offer multiple options through USPS and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated based on your selected carrier and shipping address.

Note: If your order total exceeds $600 or includes an FFL item, FedEx will be the only available option, as a signature will be required at delivery.

Payment

  • Select your payment method—credit card, debit card, or Credova financing.
  • If you're using a gift certificate code (from a store credit or Bonus Bucks), please enter it here.

Important: Even if your gift certificate covers the entire order, a card is still required to finalize the purchase. Rest assured, no charges will be made to your card unless the gift amount doesn't cover the full amount.
