Compared to the other C-MORE reflex optics the STS2 micro Red Dot sight is Tiny. C-MORE is known for building robust, highly innovative reflex optics for the competition and self-defense markets. Their Innovations have been market-leading since their introduction on the market. Of particular note is their substantially well-built electronics, housed inside of robust, often seemingly over-engineered, outer housings. In this case, the STS2 red dot sight with a 6 MOA red dot utilizes an aircraft grade aluminum housing that features some pretty interesting innovations, including a removable battery tray that maintains zero more easily as the sight need not  be removed when changing batteries. While not the most compact offering on the market, this is likely to be one of the most durable, and most longevity-friendly designs you can find in reflex optics that will fit on a pistol, or could be used in other mounting scenarios. The STS2 has an overall length of 1.83 inches, a width of 1.1 inches, and a height of 1.063 inches and weighs 1.25 oz with the CR2032, 3 volt lithium battery installed . It features a manually adjustable 10 intensity brightness adjustment capability.

Each click adjustment is one MOA, and features a detent backed positive locking system to ensure that you are aware that you have turned the dial to make an adjustment. At 100 yards there is an available adjustment range of 180 inches for elevation and 120 inches for windage. This unit features an auto-off capability after 8 hours of no input. The relatively standard CR2032 battery will last between 300 and 1500 hours, depending on brightness settings and auto-off reliance. With optimized usage, you can likely see more than 1000 hours before replacement is necessary. But fear not, when you replace the battery, you will not have to re-mount the entire sight, as the battery tray is removable and is weatherproofed through an o-ring seal. The entire unit is water resistant and is certified to 1M depth of submerged waterproofness.
