The Century Arms BFT47 is a semi-automatic AK-47 rifle chambered in 7.62x39mm with a 16-inch chrome-moly barrel, a stamped receiver with a reinforced RPK-style trunnion, and maple wood furniture. It ships with one 30-round magazine. The maple furniture gives the BFT47 a classic AK aesthetic.

The reinforced RPK-style trunnion provides enhanced durability over standard AK trunnions. The stamped receiver is consistent with traditional AK construction. The barrel uses a 1:10 twist rate and is threaded 14x1mm LH for muzzle devices. A standard AK muzzle brake is installed. The rifle includes standard AK sights, a cleaning rod, and a bayonet lug.
