The V2 update brings deeper slide serrations, updated grip texture, an external extractor, and a tritium front night sight over the original Apollo 11 specification.

The LFA Apollo 11 V2 is a single-action semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, built on a steel frame with a 6061 aluminum V2 grip module and black Cerakote-finished steel V2 slide with a 4.9-inch stainless steel barrel, finished in black Cerakote throughout.

The external extractor is the V2's most meaningful reliability improvement — replacing the internal extractor design with a tension-adjustable external unit that provides more consistent extraction across the range of 9mm factory loads and is significantly easier to service and adjust. The V2 slide's deeper, more aggressive serrations provide a more positive grip surface for press checks and charging manipulations compared to the original Apollo slide. The RMSc-footprint optic-ready cut accepts Shield RMSc, Holosun 407K/507K, and compatible micro red dots directly without adapter plates. The tritium front night sight provides a low-light aiming reference independent of any optic. The 6061 aluminum V2 grip module reduces weight compared to a full steel 2011 grip while providing a rigid, consistent grip-to-frame interface.
