The CMMG Lower Receiver Parts Kit for the AR-10 is perfect for shooters who don't use the standard A2 grip or don't need more MIL-SPEC fire control components cluttering their parts bin! This parts kit contains all other springs, detents and pins to build out a stripped receiver.

Compatible with CMMG Mk3 Lowers and most LR308 type lowers.

NOTE: This kit does not contain a pistol grip, hammer, trigger, disconnector or the springs. This MIL-SPEC kit is designed to work with CMMG lowers. It is strongly recommend to check with the manufacturer of your lower for compatibility of parts if you are not using a CMMG receiver.

Great kit with a flaw

by -

I use CMMG parts kit for most builds and they have always been great. This kit is no exception except for what other have stated. The mag release if too short.

Mag Release Out of Tolerance

by -

Mag release was too thin for a standard pmag. Caused feeding issues. Changed it out for a Luth-AR release and now it cycles.

The mag catch and safety work fine. Generally displeased.

It was good to speak to you on this issue and get you taken care of.

great kit

Received the kit and everything looked right with no missing parts. Install was uneventful like any other LPK install. Magazine catch / button was the correct one and works fine.

Don't forget a .308 mag release button

by -

The kit is good and works. Except the mag release button.
The mag release button is for a AR-15, it's too short. You have to use a tool to fully press the button in enough to start the threads, if you screw it in too far the mag does not release. Too little (one rotation) the button rattles and after one mag the threads striped and the assembly popped out.
