May be outfitted however you want and can be done over time. Functions great like any Colt should. All parts are Colt and even has the copper colored Colt extractor spring.

I've shot about 100 rounds through mine so far, not a single issue. Don't be too worried about what the reddit warriors say, this rifle is quality. I cant find a single thing wrong with the finish on mine. The BCG is also very high quality. Be aware that most free float handguards will require you to remove the current mil spec barrel nut for you to install their handguard so if you aren't up to that task then look elsewhere. All in all if you are looking for a great quality rifle that you can easily make your own then I highly recommend this rifle.
