Crimson Trace Hardline 3-9x40mm Rifle Scope - BDC Carbine Reticle

Crimson Trace has always been an Innovative company since they emerged on the market at their debut, and while most of their work has been in the laser space, the Hardline scope lineup features a robust build quality that showcases just how serious Crimson Trace is about building quality long term glass-based optics for hard use cases. In the case of the Hardline 3-9x40mm BDC for the AR-15, the reticle features a bullet drop compensation scheme that is proprietarily built and marked in a custom format on the Hardline Optics. It's built specifically for the 5.56 and .223 cartridges and features a second focal plane reticle. The 1 inch diameter tube body mates with a 40 mm objective lens diameter and features a hardcore build quality that Crimson Trace assures the consumer has been tested to their rigorous standardized testing, which seemingly, far outpaces most of the competition in the space. The Optics feature a 3.5 in eye relief and a field of view of 11.3 ft at 9x zoom and 33.9 ft at 3x zoom. The lens coating has a green tint and is multi-coated to improve color clarity and light transmission as well as durability.

This scope features a 100-yard side parallax and a 75 MOA windage and elevation range of adjustability. It weighs in at just over 17 oz and is 12.4 in long and occupies a footprint of no more than 2.5 inches on either axis.  The optical grade lenses feature a 90% light transmission and the reticle is not illuminated. Each click is 1/4 minute of angle and the turrets have built-in caps to insure on-the-fly adjustability even with gloved hands.
