The continuous taper contour balances weight and heat absorption to improve harmonics, handling, and repeatable accuracy with both subsonic and supersonic loads. Manufactured from 4150CMV ordnance-grade steel with a chrome-lined bore, hand-lapped rifling, and a polished chamber, the barrel presents a refined internal finish for consistent performance. A finely tuned pistol-length gas port, .750" dimpled gas block journal, and 5/8-24 muzzle threads provide compatibility with modern accessories including suppressors and muzzle devices. A mil-spec magnesium phosphate exterior offers corrosion resistance while keeping added mass to a minimum.
