Machined from a solid billet of 7075-T6 aluminum rather than cast or forged, the Ultra Precision upper receiver holds tighter dimensional tolerances while its increased wall thickness adds strength beyond a standard forged design. The flattop Picatinny rail carries engraved T-marks for consistent optic placement.

This slick side version does not include a forward assist in its design, giving it a cleaner profile for builders who prefer to omit that feature. It still accepts a standard port door cover, and at roughly 8.2 ounces it adds minimal weight to the front of a rifle while standing up to repeated cycling.
