Introducing the Cryptic Coatings AR-15 5.56 NATO Steel Bolt Carrier Group in Mystic Gold. This full-auto BCG is compatible with AR-15, M16, and M4 platforms, providing reliable function with mil-spec 8620 aircraft-quality steel, a chrome-lined interior, and a shrouded firing pin.

This BCG comes complete with a chrome-lined, heat-treated gas key secured to the carrier with grade 8 fasteners and properly staked per mil-spec, and is backward compatible with all semi-auto rifles.

I have the mystic gold and black. My Father has the mystic silver. All of them clean off with a dry paper towel and the finish is super slick. I've only only shot the mystic gold for about 100 rounds and the finish is still perfect. The mystic black has about 1000 rounds in it and the cam pin is the only place with VERY slight wear. If you were reluctant to buy this bolt on a Gucci build, don't be! It's worth it!

Did I really need this? No, but it sure looks sexy. Functions as should, clean up is easy. Only have about 150 rounds with it. No issues. I am a BCG snob, I would buy another if needed.

Compared to my NIB bcg’s I have used, this finish is lasting way better. I have had it for about a year in a suppressed 300 blk and still wipes clean like new. I would definitely buy again.
