Details

The Daniel Defense Rail Mounted Fixed Front Sight is a lightweight, streamlined fixed sight solution. The concave radius allows it to be mounted behind compact weapon lights such as the Streamlight TLR-1 or SureFire X300 while allowing for fast and easy light activation from either hand. The patented "Rock and Lock" one piece mounting system is easy to use and robust. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a MIL-SPEC hardcoat anodized finish, this sight is perfect for shooters who want the simplicity of a fixed iron sight on their free float handguard.

Daniel Defense fixed front sight

I purchased the Daniel Defense fixed front sight and could not be happier with it. Very solid mount on rail and very rugged as well, feels like a permanent part of my rifle. The DD front sight is light, strong, and can use standard AR front sight posts. If you need a fixed rail-mounted front sight, this is the one to get.

Not worth the $

Front Sight came loose. Skinny post used to put your aim on target was wobbly and not sturdy. Emailed them asking to send a replacement, havent heard back yet.

DD Fixed Front Sight

Well, this is my second one. And this time paired up with their A1.5 Rear Fixed Sight. I believe that these are the best fixed iron sights. They are strong, sturdy and once you zero them, you can forget about them and not worry zeroing them again.
