Details

The Daniel Defense Rail Mount QD Swivel Attachment Point makes it easy to mount a QD swivel socket anywhere along a M1913 Picatinny rail system. This limited rotation mount prevents the sling from twisting and tangling. The patented "Rock and Lock" one-piece mounting system is robust and straightforward, working with any MIL-SPEC Picatinny rail system. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, it only weighs half an ounce!

high quality very nice. I like the DD QD better then The KAC one I have. The DD QD has rotation stop built into the mount, the KAC does not.

Many shooters experiment with sling setup, and this mount lets you fine tune your forward placement, often back on the forend versus the provided mount up by the forward sight. My Sig M400 has a QD mount integral to the receiver, and this lets me make the forward attach a QD.

Works flawlessly. Only suggestion would be to tone down DD graphics/printing on the mount. A darker color would still deliver the marketing message and look a lot better.
