The Dead Air Nomad Ti OTB is an over-the-barrel 7.62 NATO suppressor built on the Nomad Ti XC platform. The over-the-barrel design extends the blast chamber rearward over the barrel rather than entirely in front of the muzzle, adding only 4.6 inches to the overall length of the firearm while maintaining the sound reduction and hearing protection of a full-length suppressor. Total weight is 10.5 oz.

The Nomad Ti OTB is a rifle suppressor designed for bolt-action and semi-automatic platforms in calibers up to .300 RUM and 7mm Backcountry, using an over-the-barrel design to minimize added length, a 3D-printed Grade 5 titanium construction, and the Xeno muzzle device architecture for simple, repeatable installation.

The over-the-barrel configuration extends the blast chamber rearward, so the suppressor occupies space over the barrel rather than adding its full 7.65-inch length in front of the muzzle. The result is a suppressed rifle that adds only 4.6 inches to overall length, points easier due to improved balance, and produces less felt recoil than a traditional forward-mounted suppressor. The Nomad Ti OTB is rated for calibers up to .300 RUM and 7mm Backcountry with an energy rating of 4400+ ft-lbs. The Xeno muzzle device architecture is machined directly into the 3D-printed suppressor body, and the included DA870 Xeno Radial Brake in 5/8-24 makes installation simple and repeatable. Minimum barrel length is 12.5" for 5.56 and 16" for .300 RUM and 7mm Backcountry. Bore diameter is .30 caliber. Diameter is 1.76 inches.
