Every MIM part is replaced with a fully machined component, every critical interface is hand-fitted, and the result is an M&P that bears the name in frame only — everything that matters is Fueled by Ed Brown.

The Ed Brown Fueled M&P Tactical is a striker-fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, built on a grey Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 polymer frame with a black nitride stainless steel Tactical-profile slide and 4.75-inch match-grade threaded barrel.

The Ed Brown Accuracy Rail is a precision-machined oversized block hand-fitted into the polymer frame to replace the factory MIM front rail block — providing perfectly machined mating surfaces for both the slide and barrel, and eliminating the fit tolerance stack that limits accuracy in production M&P pistols. The slide and barrel are then hand-fitted to the Accuracy Rail with custom pins for a rock-solid lockup between frame, slide, and barrel that is not achievable through parts assembly alone. The Tactical slide profile omits ports and window cuts for a clean, holster-friendly exterior suited to carry and duty applications, while retaining the black nitride stainless steel construction and RMR-footprint optics cut — mounting directly to the slide without adapter plates. AmeriGlo Pro-Glo tritium front sight and plain black suppressor-height rear sight provide a full co-witness iron sight baseline. The 4.75-inch match-grade threaded barrel accepts suppressors and muzzle devices. The custom Ed Brown trigger, magwell, slide backplate, baseplate, and fully machined extractor replace all factory equivalents. Two magazines are included: one 17-round with low-profile base pad and one 17-round with extended base pad for 19-round capacity.
