Removing the center section of the top Picatinny rail cuts handguard weight without sacrificing strength or M-LOK real estate, and the 1:8 twist handles the full common range of 5.56 bullet weights for a versatile all-around build. The mid-length gas system balances reliability and felt recoil for a 16" barrel.

The 1/2x28 threaded muzzle ships with a flash hider pre-installed, and the nitride finish adds corrosion resistance without the weight of a heavier coating process.
