Standard budget buffer spring. Is as tight as most, and seems fine. Get it on sale and its a great deal.

It's trash. Installed load is less than even a worn out spring is expected to be at 6lb 8oz. I expect a new spring to be around 8-9lbs. I'm basing this expert opinion off of tubbs information, and personally measuring installed load of a dozen other springs ranging from 6lbs to 9lbs.
