The Faxon 338 ARC AR-15 Upper Receiver is a forged 7075-T6 aluminum component designed specifically for compatibility with 338 ARC builds. This upper incorporates precision-machined enhancements that exceed standard military specifications. The interior is honed to reduce friction during bolt carrier operation, with further modifications designed to promote smoother chambering and improved reliability. The upper also features a weight-reducing cut in the shell deflector, hand-engraved T-marks that remain visible after finishing, and tighter lug tolerances for a more secure lock-up. Finished with Type III hard coat anodizing for corrosion resistance. Made in the USA.
