Easy adjustment & stays clean. Nice quality.

Got this for a recent competition build with an 18" barrel and light weight BCG. Assembly with a gas tube is super simple like any AR. The parts fit tight & right. I used a borescope to line up the barrel port with the opening of the gas block. The finish of the gas block is very nice. The machining is very nice.
With one round in a magazine, I started off with the gas block closed & adjusted one click every round until the bolt would lock back. After a few hundred rounds everything was good. Went home cleaned things up. Back to the range the next day to run some comp stages and performed well for another few hundred rounds. In total I think there is 800 rounds through this gas block. Everything running well. I have heard adj. gas blocks can carbon lock if not cycled a little bit. So when done for the day, I have been adjusting a few clicks each direction. Overall very happy.
