CNC machining from forging to finish, performed entirely at Faxon's Cincinnati facility, maintains dimensional control across the receiver instead of relying on tolerance accumulation through multiple outside machining stages, producing repeatable fit with mil-spec components. The integrated tensioning screw lets builders fine-tune the upper-to-lower interface without shimming, and Faxon runs its own QC process, checking every receiver against strict dimensional criteria before it ships.

Faxon manufactures this receiver domestically at their Cincinnati facility. FFL transfer is required for this serialized lower receiver.
