The Faxon Firearms Match Series Barreled AR-15 Upper Receiver in 6mm ARC gives precision-focused builders the barrel, receiver, handguard, and gas system already assembled, using Hornady's high-BC 6mm cartridge to stretch genuine long-range reach out of a standard AR-15-sized platform.

6mm ARC was purpose-built by Hornady to extract more precision from the AR-15 envelope, using modern high-BC 6mm projectiles for genuine long-range capability in a lightweight package, and the 416-R stainless barrel with 5R rifling and MPI inspection is built for accuracy potential from the first round. This barreled upper accepts standard 6mm ARC bolt carrier groups requiring a Type 2 bolt face, and is compatible with any mil-spec AR-15 lower.

Best suited to precision hunters, field rifle builds, and predator or deer setups where 6mm ARC's flat trajectory pays off.
