Details

The Railed Handguard from Forward Controls should be the first consideration of any AR owner when looking to add a Handguard rail to their rifle. Modified from the popular CMT UHPR Mod2, the RHF from Forward Controls offer stability and security to any accessory addition.

Forward Control Design RHF M-LOK AR-15 Handguard - 11.5"

This FCD handguard is easy to install and locks up solidly with the barrel nut and upper receiver. Barrel nut socket/tool is supplied and the torque specs are printed on the tool. Handguard rail is level with upper receiver pic rail. The handguard stays centered in relation to the barrel (does not cant to the left or right, up or down). Barrel nut does not need to be clocked for the gas tube to line up with receiver. The 11.5” rail is a good length for carbine or mid-length gas systems if you are not using an A2 FSB. Very pleased with this handguard.

Best Handguard I Have Bought

I have bought several handguards but this is one stands out. Its fit is perfect, and it has no way of rotating. I have my DBAL mounted, a modlight, switch, sling, and it is perfectly rigid to the upper receiver. Well vented for high volume fire, no sharp edges, and is perfect staying slim but not too close to the barrel. Wonderful product.
