The Forward Controls Design Adapter Plate is designed for Smith & Wesson M&P CORE 2.0 and M2.0 pistols, allowing you to securely attach Trijicon RMR and SRO red dot sights to your slide. Designed with tight tolerances and front/rear fences, it ensures minimal movement and a stable fit for your optic. This optic mounting plate is proudly made in the U.S.A. from a solid block of 4140 steel with a black nitride coating for added durability.
