The longer 7" barrel improves inherent accuracy and velocity over a shorter PCC upper, while the extended 5.8" handguard gives more room to mount optics, lights, lasers, and hand stops, plus more space for the support hand to improve control on follow-up shots. Foxtrot Mike eliminated the traditional barrel nut in favor of a thermal fit between barrel and upper, cutting manufacturing cost and simplifying the handguard installation down to fewer screws. The 7" barrel is built from durable 4140 steel for a service life measured in thousands of rounds.
