The Geissele Automatics 16" CHF Mid-Length Heavy Profile AR-15 Barrel is built for performance and durability. Crafted using cold hammer forging from high-grade chromoly steel, this barrel undergoes High Pressure Testing (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) to ensure quality. With a 1:7 twist rate, .750" gas block diameter, and a Geissele-length gas system, it’s ideal for duty rifles, competition builds, and anything in between. Finished with a tough manganese phosphate coating and threaded 1/2x28 for muzzle devices, this barrel delivers consistent accuracy and longevity for demanding shooters.
