Cold hammer forging shapes the rifling and chamber as the barrel itself is formed, producing a defect-free bore and a more consistent, concentric chamber than cut or button rifling can achieve. Every barrel is High Pressure Tested and Magnetic Particle Inspected before it ships, giving shooters the same quality control standard Geissele applies across its trigger and rail systems.

Founded in 2004 by Bill Geissele in Pennsylvania, Geissele Automatics built its reputation on precision AR-15 triggers -- their first, the Hi-Speed National Match trigger, was so successful the Department of Defense commissioned a select-fire version for US Special Operations. That same engineering rigor now extends across rail systems, gas systems, and complete barrels.
