The Geissele Premium Mil-Spec Buffer Tube (H1) is ideal for rifle or mid-length gas systems and a barrel 18” and over or a 14.5” to 16” barrel with carbine or mid-length gas systems. It is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a type III hardcoat anodized finish in Geissele’s DDC, making it an extremely durable and long lasting buffer tube. This reliable and durable buffer tube conforms to all mil-spec standards and features 6 stock positions. This carbine length and mil-spec diameter Premium Buffer Tube is a perfect fit for your AR-15 lower and ensures compatibility with most mil-spec diameter quality AR-15 stocks. The Geissele Super 42 buffer spring improves the function and reliability of your AR-15 pattern rifle by using three independent strands of wire to absorb energy and displace excess energy, decreasing the chance of spring failure. It features a 15 percent stronger average return force than the standard buffer spring, meaning it will assist in stripping rounds out of the magazine while operating a dirty weapon or when using steel-case ammo. Included in the package is a high-quality, mil-spec castle nut and end plate.
