This is a cosmetic blem unit; function is unaffected.

The 13.5-inch MK16 handguard carries NSN# 1005-01-672-4794, the exact part number adopted by USASOC for the Upper Receiver Group Improved (URG-I) program, making it one of the most thoroughly vetted free-float rails available to civilian builders. Machined from 7000 Series aluminum and finished in Type 3 Hardcoat anodize, it delivers a full-length Picatinny top rail with M-LOK slots on every quadrant. The mated Super Duty upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum at the Geissele facility, precision machined to mil-spec tolerances, and features milled T-Marks, M4 feedramps, dust cover, and forward assist. Anti-rotation tabs and set-screws lock the handguard against rotation under the most demanding conditions.

Designed for AR-15 mil-spec builds. Best paired with 14.5-inch or 16-inch barrels. Compatible with standard mil-spec BCGs and .250 takedown pin lowers. Barrel, BCG, charging handle, and muzzle device are not included. Color shade variance between matched components is normal and expected.
