The Geissele Automatics Super Duty 15-inch MK16 Kit is the full-length configuration of the USASOC URG-I upper platform, pairing the mil-spec Super Duty upper receiver with the 15-inch MK16 free-float handguard to give rifle-length AR-15 builds maximum accessory real estate and the most forward support-hand position in the MK16 lineup. This is a cosmetic blem unit; function is unaffected.

The Super Duty Center Tab Upper Receiver and 15-inch MK16 Kit is an upper receiver group kit for AR-15 builders who want the longest MK16 handguard configuration for precision rifle and duty carbine builds.

The 15-inch MK16 handguard runs nearly the full length of a 16-inch barrel, providing a continuous Picatinny top rail and M-LOK slots on all four quadrants, optimized for a wide accessory footprint including bipods at the far forward position, full-length night vision and laser setups, and extended light mounting. Anti-rotation tabs and set-screws maintain zero under hard use and sustained fire. The Super Duty upper receiver is precision machined from 7075-T6 aluminum forging at the Geissele facility, quality assured to mil-spec standard with M4 feedramps, milled T-Marks, dust cover, and forward assist.

Designed for AR-15 mil-spec builds. Best paired with 16-inch barrels. Compatible with mil-spec BCGs and .250 takedown pin lowers. Barrel, BCG, charging handle, and muzzle device not included. Color shade variance between matched components is expected.

All components are manufactured from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 forging and 7000 Series aluminum billet with Type 3 Hardcoat anodize for long-term corrosion and wear resistance.

The 15-inch configuration is well-suited for precision duty rifles, competition AR-15 builds, and patrol configurations where the extended handguard supports a preferred support-hand position and maximum accessory coverage.
