The Geissele Automatics Super Duty Mod 1 complete 5.56 NATO AR-15 upper receiver is designed for extended shooting sessions and provides exceptional reliability, accuracy, and modularity. This upper features a 14.5" cold hammer forged, chrome-lined Heavy profile barrel with a pinned and welded HUXWRX Flash Hider, as well as a Geissele Nanoweapon Reliability Enhanced BCG and Airborne charging hangle, allowing it to immediately be installed onto any complete lower receiver. The 13.5" SMR MK16 free float handguard provides multiple rows of M-LOK accessory mounting slots, as well as a continuous M1913 Picatinny top rail. The mid-length gas system and 1 in 7 rate of twist make this upper reliable with most common 5.56 NATO defensive ammunition loads. This upper receiver is made in the USA.
