The Geissele Automatics Freedom Weapon MOD1-A Highwayman is a 5.56 NATO AR-15 pistol with a 10.3-inch barrel in Black finish. The MOD1-A designation indicates this is the fully ambidextrous variant of the Highwayman platform. It ships without magazines.

The 10.3-inch barrel has a 1:7 twist rate and is threaded 1/2x28. The pistol is semi-automatic with a detachable magazine system, fully ambidextrous controls including an ambidextrous safety selector, and a Geissele SSA two-stage trigger.

Overall length is 26.75 to 29.75 inches and weight is 6.4 pounds. The MOD1-A Highwayman accepts standard AR-15 magazines in 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington. No magazines are included and must be purchased separately.
