The Glock G43X MOS is the optics-ready Slimline — the same slim subcompact slide on a compact-length grip that makes the 43X one of the most carry-friendly 9mm pistols available, with the MOS slide cut for direct red dot mounting and the Glock Slim Mounting Rail for accessory attachment. The updated MOS now ships with two factory 15-round Slimline magazines.

The Glock G43X MOS is a striker-fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, built on a black Slimline polymer frame with Glock Slim Mounting Rail, black nDLC-finished MOS optic-ready steel slide with front serrations, and 3.41-inch Glock Marksman Barrel.

The MOS slide accepts adapter plates for today's most popular micro red dots — Trijicon RMR, Shield RMS, Holosun, and others — giving the shooter flexibility to choose any compatible optic rather than being locked into a factory-installed option. Without a plate installed the MOS slide ships with a cover plate. The nDLC slide finish provides corrosion and wear resistance across the service life of the pistol. The built-in beavertail positions the hand high on the Slimline frame for consistent grip placement shot to shot. The short trigger distance suits a wide range of hand sizes without modification. The Glock Slim Mounting Rail accepts compact lights and lasers. Precision-milled front serrations provide positive purchase for press checks and slide manipulation. The reversible magazine catch accommodates left-hand use. Safe Action trigger delivers a consistent 5.5 lb pull with three passive safeties. Fixed white dot front and white outline rear sights are standard. Two factory 15-round Glock magazines, mag loader, cleaning kit, pistol case, and gun lock are included.
