The Glock 19 Gen 6 COA is the factory-integrated answer to the question every serious pistol shooter has been asking — a complete, purpose-built optics package that doesn't require aftermarket mounting, optic selection, or zeroing time out of the box. Developed in direct collaboration between Glock and Aimpoint, the Gen 6 COA pairs the most refined G19 platform to date with the Aimpoint COA 3.5 MOA red dot mounted via the proprietary A-CUT interface, creating a system where the optic and slide are engineered as a single unit rather than assembled as separate components.

The Glock 19 Gen 6 COA is a striker-fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger, built on a Gen 6 polymer frame with a black nDLC-finished steel slide and 4.02-inch Glock Marksman Barrel, with factory-mounted Aimpoint COA 3.5 MOA red dot.

The Aimpoint A-CUT interface mounts the COA directly into a dedicated cut in the Gen 6 slide — no adapter plate, no shim, no riser. The integrated grooves of the optic-to-slide interface eliminate the shearing effect that causes movement in plate-mounted optics, providing maximum stability under pistol recoil.

The COA's fully enclosed emitter is submersible to 25 meters and sealed against debris and contaminants, with a 50,000-hour battery life and an auto step-down feature that reduces brightness one step every two hours when not actively adjusted — maximizing battery duration without any manual management. The iron sight co-witness built into the A-CUT mounting solution provides a backup aiming reference at the same height as the red dot, eliminating the need for suppressor-height sights. The Gen 6 RTF6 grip texture combines two textures into a single pattern that extends higher on the frame than previous generations, covering the integrated thumb rests for maximum surface contact and recoil management. The enlarged beavertail, undercut trigger guard, and palm swell are all designed into the frame — not added via backstraps. A flat-faced trigger delivers a consistent 5.5 lb Safe Action pull with the same three passive, automatically resetting safeties as every Glock.
