The GPS Tactical Suppressor Cover is a 7.5-inch suppressor cover in tan constructed from 1000D nylon with a heat-resistant inner fiberglass and silicone lining, designed to reduce the visual mirage from a hot suppressor body during shooting.

Three features define this cover's functional value during sustained fire. The heat-resistant inner fiberglass and silicone lining insulates the outer shell from the suppressor's surface temperature, reducing the heat differential between the suppressor body and the surrounding air that creates the mirage effect — the primary cause of sight picture distortion during rapid fire strings through a suppressor. The tether line prevents the cover from migrating forward during shooting as recoil and gas pressure act on the cover, keeping it positioned over the suppressor body where it manages heat rather than riding forward past the muzzle end. 1000D nylon outer construction provides the abrasion resistance and durability required for a cover that is installed and removed repeatedly across the service life of the suppressor, and the tan coloring provides visual discretion appropriate for the application.
