Developed with input from Special Operations Aid and Rescue (SOARescue), the Haley Strategic Improved Trauma Response Kit (ITRK) is built for rapid and reliable access to essential medical supplies. Its innovative ambidextrous tray is designed for easy, one-handed retrieval and has rubberized handles for improved control in adverse conditions. Inside is an elastic system keeps all your medical items organized and clearly visible. The tray is also sized to hold a sealed SOARescue MedMag IFAK (Hemostatic). Plus, there's a handy elastic sleeve on the back for securing shears and an outer pouch on the front for the included weatherproof medical information and TCCC card, marked with a laser-cut medical cross for quick identification.

The Haley Strategic ITRK offers versatile carry options to suit your needs. You can mount it vertically to any MOLLE platform using just two columns, or wear it horizontally on your belt using the integrated passthrough system, which accommodates belts from 1" to 2.25" wide. The belt passthrough includes an interior loop for a secure fit on gun belts and an exterior hook to prevent slipping on inner belt systems.
