The Heckler & Koch Mark 23 is a DA/SA semi-automatic .45 ACP pistol designed for tactical and suppressed use, built on a Flat Dark Earth polymer frame with an accessory rail and a 5.87-inch threaded steel barrel.

The 5.87-inch barrel threaded in M16x1 RH accommodates .45 ACP-compatible suppressors and is long enough to maintain reliable ballistic performance with subsonic loads. An ambidextrous safety lever allows positive engagement from either side, critical in high-stress applications. The DA/SA action provides a longer first-round pull for passive safety, then transitions to a shorter single-action pull for follow-up shots. 3-dot white sights deliver a clear sight picture, and the polymer frame’s integrated accessory rail accepts lights and lasers for low-light use. Two 10-round magazines ship with every pistol.

The M16x1 RH threaded barrel accommodates .45 ACP suppressors in that thread pattern. The accessory rail is compatible with most standard pistol lights and lasers. Both right- and left-handed operation are supported via the ambidextrous safety.

The steel slide finished in black Cerakote provides corrosion resistance and lasting durability, while the polymer frame keeps weight manageable despite the pistol’s full-size dimensions. Textured grip panels maintain purchase under adverse conditions.
